- Allowed Footwear: Rubber-studded turf shoes, flat sneakers, or futsal trainers.
- Strictly Prohibited: Metal studs or sharp cleats are not allowed to protect the synthetic turf.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked slot to ensure a full 60-minute match.
- Cleanliness: Please dispose of empty water bottles and drink cans in designated bins.
Check-In & Payment Policy
- Digital QR Pass: Show your 4-letter Pass Code or QR code to the staff desk at reception.
- Flexible Payment: Pay online via Raast/Wallets or settle cash at the counter before match start.
- No Surcharge: Transparent pricing with no hidden lighting or generator fees.
